This section aims to ask any questions you might have before ordering an item from this site. If you have a question that isn't covered here, please get in contact.
Q: How much does postage and packing cost?
A: Postage and Packing will be added onto any item cost, there is a have a flat rate of £4.95 for any order. All orders are sent Signed For Next Day Delivery (inc. Insurance) and will require a signature on arrival.
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: All orders are hand made on demand, so there will be a 3-4 week turn around time to allow for hallmarking and stone setting. Once your payment has been made, you will get an e-mail letting you know estimated delivery dates.
Q: How do I pay for a customised peice of jewellery?
A: When you select the 'customise' button, you will be asked to enter your details along with what you want changed with the product. You will then be sent an invoice via e-mail within 1-2 days which will require a 50% down payment to cover material cost, the final 50% will be payable once the product is complete and ready for sending. Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Our payment system is handled by PayPal, a large reputable credit card processing company. They accept the follwing cards:

If none of the above are suitable we can organise other payment methods such as cheque or bank transfer (UK). Please get in contact for more information.
All currencies are in £GBP so when ordering through PayPal in any other currency you may incurr a conversion fee.
