When ordering from Emma Snowdon, you are dealing with a UK Individual who produces hand made custom Jewellery for clients across the United Kingdom.
Products may vary slightly as each piece is handmade, all the gem stones are natural and not colour enhanced unless stated so variations in shades will occur if an exact match is need please advise in advance.
Delivery dates vary on the complexity of the product you request. Therefore no firm dates can be given, however there is a maximum turn around time from order to dispatch of 3-4 weeks. If your product will take longer due to a material stock shortage, or other reasons you will be notified by e-mail.
All orders are delivered by Royal mail Special Delivery and will be charged at cost, should you require a different type of delivery please inform in advance.
If you would like a piece delivered to a work place or to a friend please inform by email at least 1 week before.
All goods should be inspected on delivery. Any problems should be reported in the following seven days from date of receiving goods.
Payment is undertaken on our behalf by PayPal Inc. who will process your credit card details, or if you have a bank account already attached to PayPal you can exchange funds from there.
If paying by cheque make payable to Emma Snowdon. Please allow an extra week to quoted delivery time to allow it to clear.
If you wish to pay by BACS contact us for BACS details.
Returns are not accept on any customised pieces that have been made to order. Returns on 'buy now' pieces are only available at the jeweller's discretion.
Alterations are available please get in contact for details. Replacement pieces are available if lost at a cost. Breakages due to wear and tear can be replaced at a cost unless it has broken due to a fault.
Refinishing will be undertaken on any piece for a small charge.
